Thomas Friberg’s team already builds grids the size of Eglinton, Ocean Reef and Peel. This finder shows the next estates that match that size, and hides the ones that do not.

The customer is a development manager who has to find land before Western Power can connect it. The ceiling he gave: under 10 MW connected, about 4 MW of contract demand, about 5 MW of load, and no more than 10 MW of solar and batteries. Bigger estates stay in the list as a first stage, not as one contract.
